Established in 1989, New Wave Pool and Spa Services was the next step in owner Rob Koolen's 35-year career in the pool and spa industry. Installing pools in Brampton for his father at the age of 15, then moving to the manufacturing of inground pools, Rob has more experience than most, and a broad and deep understanding of the industry. New Wave began in pool service and retail store sales, then, after two years, added pool installations into the business. Business was brisk, growing every year.
