What a wonderful experience with Ban and Iman! My wedding dress is absolutely stunning thanks to their talent! Ban helped me make major changes to the style of my dress and created a dream come true. She supported me with a last minute decision and cut my dress on the spot, and I couldn’t be happier! She has a heart of gold and amazing talent. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to go to her for all my alterations! I love the both of them!

I went to this shop after a friend's recommendation, and it was everything they said! I had a huge hole in my sleeve after a button got caught and tore off, I didn't know how it would be fixed without looking like a patch job. I went into Lucy's, where I was greeted warmly and reassured it would fine. When I went to pick it up, it looked so good I couldn't even tell which sleeve had the hole in the first place! Great store, wonderful customer service, I would highly recommend anyone come here!

She's a real artist in her work. I liked when she said "no problem is not fixable". She is capable of transforming even a piece of rag to a stunning dress. No limits to her creativity.

We had such a wonderful experience here. Ban is so incredibly helpful and efficient. Everything is fairly priced and she has your best interest in mind. I will definitely be going back in the future :)
