Hours wrong on window. Came on Saturday in particular just to pick up my alteration. Closed. When I called Monday the lady says we re never open on Saturday. And didn t believe me about the sign until she went out and looked at it. I drove over to pick up just now. The large piece of cloth cut away to shorten a knit pair of bell bottoms was not on hanger. I have ALWAYS been given piece back in all other places for 45 years! The attitude dismissive.
Very friendly and helpful. They were able to repair my winter coat and spare me the expense of having to buy a new one. Fast service, reasonable prices - I will definitely be using them again. Nice to have a place to have repairs and alterations done that you trust and can count on!
