One person doing 5 manicures, and not friendly at all, will NEVER go back, not to mention doing a bad job on my nails

Completely awful customer service. They yell at u asking what you want I front of all customers getting service. No appointments Just come back in a few hours they say. They all look they just crawled out of bed. No class.

Went there quite awhile ago and forgot why I stopped. Went last weekend and the place was busy but had 5 people working-3 of them were students or p/t. The woman/owner? Was incredibly rude with them and i truly felt sorry for them. The main woman who works there kept using her phone while she was doing my gel nails...rushed thru it and actually boasted how fast she could do them...she did NOT do a good job AT ALL. I did NOT tip. I will NOT be back. Arrogant and Sloppy work and dirty bathroom.

I set up an appt and they got to me an hour later, bucket full of heel skin scrapers, dirty towels, walls.The product line is meh - only one woman working? and it was the worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had - won't go again and do not recommend.
