WOW! Stopped into the Goodberry today to check it out, what a great experience!! Got to meet the owners, who were awesome, and so patient with my kids, who wanted to try every frozen yogurt sample there was. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! I shop here and, I might add that staff are polite, and, I am not sure who gave the review but I always have a polite cashier in the checkout at both the Redpath store, and, other stores that I shop at. I noticed that all your stores are clean, and, tidy. I cannot say that for Real Canadian Superstore, or Metro. To Liz and the ladies who helped prepare our lunch for Valentines day. Our party was a group of 74 people. You ladies did a superb job. The presentation was beautiful, and everyone commented how delicious everything tasted. Metro at shoppers world mall is the best grocery store not only among other metro stores but with other stores as well.It is well organized from produce to meat to flowers section. Every isle sections are very clean, up to date label and and prices and commodities are well balanced. date with the label and most of all staff are professional and friendly.must be coordinating the best store ever. This store doesnt always have items on the shelves that are advertised as being on sale, a bit pricey but, its a friendly store and approachable.Good selection of beer. Store is clean .Most of the staff work hard and do their best to make the store one that you want to come back to. Wish they were still open all night instead of till 11pm. But still favour this Sobeys Urban Fresh much more so than the newly renovated grocer just a couple of blocks away.

This is the best grocery store in the area. The store is well stocked, clean, and well lit. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Online order pickup is extremely easy, they are very open and communicate very well when they need to make substitutions, which is rare.
I shop here for all of my groceries and have never had an issue with earning or redeeming my points.
The parking lot is easily accessible from two entrances and is well maintained even in the winter months.

I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.
