A great doctor who will go out of his way to help patients. However his reception staff is rude, ignorant and leaves something to be desired. They are totally unprofessional in every way possible. They talk down to patients and will not allow you to talk to doctor on the phone even if it's urgent. If you can put up with being treated rudely by his staff then definitely he is a great doctor !

Western Hosp. with a severe infection, and told he will no longer help me, I have to live with infection till I dye, totally unacceptable. Dr. Kevin Lachapelle and his staff are as professional as you can get.
Dr.Kevin repaired both my eyes removing the cataracts and actually improving my eyesight so I don’t need glasses except to drive my car. Colors and brightness is so much better now. Last month I had the lazier surgery (a common reoccurrence of cataract’s on the thin membrane left behind to support the new lens) and that was a piece of cake.
