The owners and staff of Bigway are courteous, friendly and very helpful. Customers are treated like friends and are always greeted with a big welcoming smile. John and Minho will gladly carry purchases for the elderly to their vehicle. When I needed items not stocked in the store, John did his outmost to procure these items for me. My wife and I had a problem with our electric furnace.when we called KenTaylor Electric our call was answered promptly Ken came by the house within the hour (6:00am).We thought that the furnace would have to be replaced,however the problem was internal He replaced the bad part and we had heat within two hours .He had the correct part on his truck.We both found his service excellent and price was more than fair.We would recommend him highly.
