We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. I have known Lloyd from his days in the commercial construction. His honesty, straight approach and building knowledge is why I hired his company. I hired Dwanye and his crew for a simple job. The work was excellent, so much so that, I have hired him for several more jobs. He has renovated my basement, bathroom, my office and lunchroom.
