I had a great experience shopping at Grafic. I am a dissatisfied shopper of other high end retailers (not going to name names!) and was recommended by a friend to start shopping at Grafic. The sales staff was ready to help but was also very relaxed and not pushy...although they really did enjoy offering espressos. We shopped for a prom dress at Helen’s Bridal and it was such a great experience. The staff were all amazing, pleasant and helpful. All the prom dresses in the store were under $600, we did not have to worry about price tags while choosing dresses to try on. My daughter was able to find the perfect dress, we did not break the bank and we did it locally!!!

Fantastic staff at this location. Everyone was very helpful. The store manager Brian helped me coordinate my outfit and took all my measurements for my alterations. When I returned to pick up my jacket and pants the store was closed but the very friendly female staff member ( sorry didn’t get her name) brought it out for me! Highly recommend shopping here!!
