With your budget in mind through the design process, this is the stage where we finalize the project budget. At this point, you are happy with the design and have picked all of your finishes, colours, cabinets etc. Now it is time for everyone to sign off on the design and planning elements. This includes pricing and project deadlines. At this point we apply for any permits and order any special items that will dictate start and finish times for the project. Once we have an estimated time, we can provide an accurate project time frame to ensure that you won’t have to deal with your house being a construction zone any longer than necessary. Now it is time to build!
Now it is time to make your renovation a reality. We start with a site meeting with any relevant trades and the home owner to go over and outline any of the specifics that may be encountered. When working in your home, we strive to be clean, organized and respectful. This includes keeping the site clean of debris and dust and arriving when we promise. Each and every project is managed by a project manager who keeps you in the know about what the project will look like week to week and listen to any concerns you may have.
