I had to write and tell you what a wonderful experience we had with Hyde Creek Construction. We were in a bad position, needing to get our back exterior stairs replaced. We didn't have a lot of time, and were thrilled when Steve Whidden not only quickly returned our call for a quote, but did so over the long holiday weekend. He came by on a Sunday, got us a quote by the next day, and he and his son Rob showed up Wednesday morning and had everything skillfully handled and finished by the end of the day, with a minimum of disruption. The stairs they put in were excellently done, and were able to support the two movers and the appliances we need moved with ease. I would recommend Hyde Creek Construction to anyone, because Steve and Rob were honest, worked with us within our budget and did a fabulous job for us. Steve and Rob have completed 5 or 6 projects for us since the late 1980's in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Our expectations have always been exceeded with the workmanship and knowledge of Steve and Rob. Often they point out things they discovered during the projects which save us money and give us a better project.
