    Purchased puppy over a week ago. Despite a reminder call on my part, the pet store has yet to provide the papers for the dog (supposedly had first shots etc.) Can they be trusted?

    As a person who works at a veterinary clinic I expressed my concern about one of the kittens they where selling, my concern was met with a callus and rude remark and I was promptly dismissed. I will personally never return to this store and will not recommend it to anyone I know
