Other than Restaurant/food vouchers there is always an issue most of the time item does not come in or over sold. It's nothing but a fight and hassle to try and get refunded. They have even stopped answering my emails, even though they owe me a product or my money back. Don't use this site.
1. Bought 3 orders of LED bulbs in Jan 2013
2. Got 1 order shipped to me after 4 months - after many follow ups. (one of the bulbs in that order not working now)
3. Since, it's more than 6 months, I asked for refund.
4. Dealticker "Management" offered 'dealticker credit', which I refused since this is a case of me paying them good money, and them not fulfilling their order. It's like buying bread from walmart, and them taking the money, and offering you walmart credit since they did not have the bread.
Their response times have been horrible. Would never buy from them again.

4.You are responsible for sending back defective products.
5.There are NO effective refund policies.
