Absolutely horrible service from Canadian Tire Barrhaven automative service center. Could have given a 0 rating if I could.

I went to Canadian Tire at Barrhaven for an oil change. It turned out there was a leak with the oil pan that caused by Mr.Lube who used an oversize plug which within time the opening expanded causing the oil pan to crack. Marvin did a great job getting me an excellent deal, offering help to file a complaint against Mr.Lube for some reimbursement and gave me a ride home. A staff with this quality is difficult to find. Marvin is the guy. Thank you, Marvin and your co-workers, for making my day.

I have had all 3 of my cars in, for servicing, at the Greenbank Canadian Tire location, and I have been more than satisfied. They are competent, fast and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. No, they dont try to push parts and services that are not required. Today, they installed pads and rotors on my from brakes...it only took them 90 minutes...and theyre perfect! I saw both Simon and Halina, who were very good and quite personable. Thank you
