I, Curtis, the owner of Curtis Penner Excavating have operated excavator for 15 years on a large variety of projects in Winnipeg and south eastern Manitoba. My goal is to make you as a customer happy with quality work at a competitive price. About us: I, together with my wife and our four daughters, live in a farming community in the Steinbach area.
