Mr. Rent-A-Car in Richmond is a car rental company established in 1996. We mostly carry import cars from compact size to SUVs. We specialize on luxury, fun and sport cars rental such as Mini Cooper, Nissan Cube, Smart car, Audi TT, BMW convertibles etc.
I give Mr. Rent A Car zero stars. Their service was terrible. I wanted to rent a car from them for a trip. They were rude and impatient to my friend and I. The customer service was poor. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are high. I saw that they treated the other customers better than we were treated.
I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....
